Sleep for restoration is essential for normal bodily processes and functions. Getting sufficient amount of sleep should not be taken for granted like most people do. Frequent waking can be a single distinct noise that goes above a certain decibel in the quiet night. Some people can change around their environment like disturbance noise while others will never get used to it.
