If you are reading this article you probably do. Your situation is affected whether you are young or old or rich or poor. Almost everbody is affected by some measure of anxiety, stress or worry matter.
Is there a connection between sleeping disorders and anxiety? When you are in a deep sleep there are people who think that anxiety will be powerful enough to wake you. Its a fact that the problem stems much deeper than that.
It’s important to note and understand the connection between anxiety and sleep disorders, as sleep is part of every day life and very important if you want to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and a lack of sleep can lead to a host of problems.
If you are suffering from a hard time trying to get to sleep at night, there is a good chance that you are suffering from a form of sleeping disorder, probably caused by stress and anxiety in your life. But why does this occur?We can all still eat drink and shower before setting off for work, and we do all the other things needed during our daily routine.
Why do we have our sleep pattern attacked so much?It is believed that anxiety and sleep are connected as soon as you jump into your bed at night. This might be the only real time that you really have the time to think about what you want to think about.
Every day chores and distractions are sorted out by the brain. At night time you can try a little problem solving by considering ways to fix or address issues that concern you. What normally happens is that we just lay in bed staring into space and assuming that the worst ia about to happen.
Because you have negative thoughts running through your head this may trigger both anxiety and sleep disorder and make the situation worse.
There is always a possibility that your anxiety may lead towards you feeling helpless and trapped.Your feelings can extend into problems, causing you difficulty when you should be trying to relax before its time to sleep.The body can then have a hard time, which stops you from settling down, so you cannot get to sleep.
Helplessness is caused by the anxiety and is part of the sleeping disorder and you should address this before.
Looking at the connection between sleep disorder and anxiety you should always try and hit it head on.If you try and make short term goals and produce a plan you should be able to remove the feeling of helplessness. Our problems may not disappear over night but you may be able to feel more positive and therefore more relaxed.
Anxiety and sleep disorders can be aleviated by using short terms goals.If you break them down and make them short term targets they are far easier to address.
When you are addressing these problems rather than letting them overwhelm your thoughts, you are far less likely to have them interrupt your sleep on a nightly basis.
